For Saudis

• For boys, one of the following evidence is sufficient:

1. original national ID
2. original passport + copy of family record
3. original license Leadership

• For girls, one of the following evidence is sufficient:

1. original national ID
2. original passport + copy of family record
3. original license Leadership

For Gulf nationals,  one of the following proofs is sufficient:

1. origin of national identity
2. origin of passport

For non-Saudis, One of the following evidence is sufficient:

1. Original personal residence
2. Original personal passport + copy of personal residence

Applicant from outside Saudi Arabia (visitor added in passport):

1.  The applicant from outside Saudi Arabia must have a separate passport, if the photo is old in the passport added to it.
